1.Select Xero import within the section you are editing

While editing the financial information of your claim, you can select the option to import them from xero, on the top right of the page.

2.Choose what type of information you want to import

When importing data for the employees you have the option to import information from Xero Payroll, or just from your invoices.

3. Select any relevant line and click Import. That’s it!

You can choose the lines that correspond to the section your are editing. Click import and everything will be set.

  • How do I disconnect from Xero?
    In the settings page of your account you can find a section that displays the xero connection status. You can disconnect each account individually.
  • What doesn’t your integration do?
    Our integration’s purpose is to facilitate importing your financial data into our platform. It does not transfer any information back to Xero or alter the data inside your Xero account.
  • When and how does data sync occur? Is it manual, automatic, on login, in real-time. Are there any settings related to synchronizing?
    The import process is done manually. It only happens after you have selected the Xero import button in any of the categories within a claim’s financial section. There is no syncing done automatically that you need to review.
